**Responsibilities**

**Position Summary:**

The incumbent is responsible for accomplishing new or remodel construction projects in compliance with OSHPD approved plans and specifications, applicable codes and standard practice.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Minimum of five years recent experience in carpentry work and/or drywall finishing required

+ AA degree in a related field required (experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)

+ Journeyman level carpenter and/or drywaller finisher required

+ Current California drivers license required

+ Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications required

**Preferred** **Qualifications:**

+ Experience in a healthcare environment preferred

+ Successful completion of trade apprenticeship preferred

**Pay Range**

$33.68 - $48.84 /hour
