Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decisionmaking

+ Provide financial insights and recommendations to drive financial performance

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify costsaving opportunities and improve efficiency

+ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

+ Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts

+ Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives

+ Prepare and present financial reports to senior management

YOU MUST HAVE

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.

+ Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

+ Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.

+ Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

+ Relevant certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are highly valued.
