**Trainer for Ross Job description**
**Job Summary:**
Facilitates training programs for staff in the Distribution Center, focusing on improving job knowledge, productivity, and performance.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Deliver training as outlined by the Training Manager, including hands-on practice and demonstrations.
+ Conduct new hire orientations and refresher courses.
+ Organize training supplies and set up labs.
+ Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
+ Assist in developing training materials and processes.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in a specific area.
**Qualifications Required:**
+ **Bilingual **
+ Experience presenting to groups.
+ Proficient in Word and Math.
+ Ability to motivate diverse trainees and document performance.
+ Previous training experience.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to stand for 8- 10 hours.
+ Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring bending and reaching.
+ Regular attendance is essential.

**Pay Details:** $20.48 per hour
