**Responsibilities**

Directs, supervises, delivers and evaluates patient care through the use of the nursing process.

Maintains the standards of nursing care and practices consistent with the policies and procedures of the

hospital and the Nursing Dept. Provides care primarily to the adult and geriatric populations, however,

may care for selected pediatric patients as required.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Current California Registered Nurse license.

+ Graduate of an accredited RN program.

+ Current approved health care provider CPR - BLS certification.

+ ACLS Certification (may be obtained within 30 days of hire)

+ PALS Certification (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Previous Emergency Department experience preferred.

+ TNCC preferred.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.

**Pay Range**

$48.43 - $72.26 /hour
