GTM Technology Product Manager Job Description: The GTM Technology Product Manager – Highspot will drive Sage’s sales enablement strategy by owning and optimizing Highspot, our core platform for delivering content, training, and engagement tools to customer-facing teams. This individual will ensure that sellers are equipped with the right resources at the right time to improve productivity, deliver consistent messaging, and accelerate revenue outcomes. As the bridge between business needs and technology capabilities, this role combines commercial acumen, sales process knowledge, and technical expertise to ensure Highspot is seamlessly integrated into the seller workflow. The GTM Technology Product Manager will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and IT to define the platform roadmap, scale adoption, and measure impact. Success in this role requires a strategic mindset, a bias for execution, and a passion for empowering sales teams through scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic direction, daily operations, and ongoing optimization of Highspot -Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Marketing, Product, and IT to align platform capabilities with business goals -Drive adoption, governance, and content strategy to ensure Highspot is delivering measurable impact -Act as a strategic advisor to Sales Leadership by identifying opportunities to enhance tool usage, streamline workflows, and improve the seller experience -Monitor performance and usage data to inform decisions and communicate impact -Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements to support continuous platform improvement -Serve as primary liaison with Highspot’s customer success team and internal stakeholders Perks?
