We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services. You will play a critical role in optimizing our deployment processes and ensuring smooth software delivery, while also mentoring junior team members.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and other similar tools.
+ Oversee version control practices, ensuring proper code management using Git and related repositories.
+ Manage software packaging processes with tools like **InstallShield, Basic MSI, and Install Script** .
+ Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or equivalent scripting languages to streamline operations.
+ Integrate cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to enhance deployment and infrastructure management.
+ Utilize project management and requirements tracking tools like Jira or Rally to facilitate effective workflow and task completion.
+ Mentor and guide junior developers and DevOps staff to foster professional development and knowledge sharing.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in various environments including development, testing, and production.
+ Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement within the DevOps processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
+ Strong expertise in version control systems, particularly Git, and proficiency in GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
+ Experience with software packaging tools such as **InstallShield, Basic MSI, and Install Script** .
+ Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and other scripting languages.
+ Solid understanding of cloud services and experience deploying applications in platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
+ Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Rally.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions.
+ Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
