**Sales Operations Specialist**
As a Sales Operations Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal contributor to the enhancement of our sales operations and strategy. Your role will involve optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing best practices and ensuring our sales team operates at its peak performance.
You will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Zhangjiagang, China location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales operations, contributing to the overall success of the sales organization.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Better manage Service AOP including booking and revenue
• Analyze opportunities data to identify gap for achieving the financial target and build up the healthy service pipeline
• Track all new opportunities progress.
• Help track revenue,
• Leverage CE tools to identify trends, insights, areas for improvement,
• Provide guidance, facilitate Service Manager forecasting and pipeline management
• Lead initiatives to optimize sales processes and drive efficiency, improve forecast accuracy and linearity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations

**YOU MUST HAVE**
• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
