PP&C Analyst

You will report directly to our and you’ll work out of our location on a work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our production processes, contributing to improved operational performance and customer satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to their issues.

+ Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

+ Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

+ Develop and document business processes and workflows.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

+ Develop and implement data analytics strategies to optimize operational efficiency

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Proficiency in customer support software and tools.

+ Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.

+ Experience with data analysis and reporting

**WE VALUE**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

+ Experience in project management and process improvement.

+ Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.

+ SAP and SFDC knowledge is a plus

+ Experience in manufacturing or supply chain management.

+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
