**Role Objective:**

As a Director of Enterprise Solutions here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for guiding the development and implementation of enterprise-level technology solutions. Your strategic vision, technical expertise, and guiding skills will be instrumental in delivering innovative and effective solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the overall enterprise solutions strategy and guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and integrated solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements, identify technology solutions, and ensure successful solution delivery. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate complex technical concepts will be key to driving customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

You will report directly to our Senior Director Enterprise Sales and work out of our location on On-site work schedule.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

+ Guide the development and implementation of enterprise solutions for our customers

+ Drive the growth and profitability of the business through innovative solutions

+ Manage all aspects of engagements for Strategic/Large Opportunities

+ Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions.

+ Define sales and growth strategy towards key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.

+ Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.

+ Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.

+ Provide strategic guidance to the team

+ Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and integration requirements

+ Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise solutions processes and methodologies

**Key Skills & Qualifications:**

+ 15+ years of experience in enterprise solutions development and implementation

+ Strong guiding and strategic planning skills

+ Proven track record of driving growth and profitability through innovative solutions

+ Domain experience in connected solutions in Oil and Gas and Autonomous Operations, especially around digital transformation initiatives.

+ Experience in co-development and orchestration of complex solutions in driving digital transformation initiatives at an enterprise level.
