Sr Sales Representative

+ Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key verticals such as industry, data centers, pharmacy, and defense, focusing on solutions like BMS, BAS, EMS, EPC, SaaS, and building security systems;

+ Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and expand market share;

+ Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and understanding customer needs to deliver tailored solutions;

+ Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and social media, then customize proposals based on client requirements;

+ Deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets;

+ Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, product management) to align on customer needs and provide valuable feedback for product development;

+ Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and communicate results to senior management for strategic decision-making;

+ Support overall business growth by participating in strategic planning and ensuring alignment across sales activities.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field;

+ 3-5y ears of direct sales experience in building solutions or technology sectors;

+ Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets;

+ In-depth knowledge of the building technology market and solutions;

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with strong relationship-building abilities;

+ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
