**_Software Engineer II for Intelligrated Systems, LLC in Pittsburgh, PA_**
**Responsibilities** :
+ Provide Technical Support via phone calls and emails from external customers.
+ Troubleshoot issues related to proprietary software running sortation systems in distribution centers and fulfillment centers.
+ Document phone call and issue details.
+ Create and provide training.
+ Monitor software applications – create automated reporting.
+ Debug software defects and analyze software source code to help answer customer questions.
+ Develop software improvements.
+ Manage change control process – write scope of work and coordinate change with external customer.
+ Test and implement software changes.
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3 years of experience with software development.
+ Full term of experience must include the following: experience resolving critical customer issues; ability to code in multiple languages; understanding software development lifecycle; demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high quality software; knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices.
+ Up to 10% domestic travel required.
+ Telecommuting permitted when not at customer site.
